HRS provides free on-going technical support for software purchased from us. To obtain support, use the form below, call us free on 0800 477 776, or email support@hrs.co.nz with a description of your technical problem and we will work with you until it is resolved.
We provide full support for customers on the latest version of software we supply and will try to assist if you have an older version, but this assistance may be limited, and we may recommend that you upgrade your software to the latest version.
For some products the supplier requires that you have active maintenance or a support contract before the supplier will provide support. In this case we do what we can, but we may not be able to resolve some problems without supplier input.
