Why use Mathcad?
With Mathcad’s live, free-form interface, you enter your expressions using standard maths notation and as you type, Mathcad calculates the result instantly. This makes it easy for you to perform your calculations, easy for your colleagues to read them, and easy for your management to understand them. No longer will you have to put up with formulae hidden in your spreadsheet where no-one can find the small but important error. The wide range of tools for calculation and analysis, plus unprecedented speed and accuracy, make Mathcad a tool that will save you hours of time. |

Who is this course intended for? This course is ideal for anyone who is just starting to use the Mathcad program, or who has used the program before but would like to learn the finer points of the Mathcad environment. It is particularly good for those who are relatively new to Mathcad and are working in a team with other Mathcad-based designers, and need to get “up to speed” quickly. It is also a great opportunity to evaluate the Mathcad product for future or more extensive use in your organisation. Many of our clients have already saved time and learned to work more efficiently by coming to this course. |

About MathcadMathcad is a programme that is used by millions of people to do their day-to-day mathematical calculations. Because it uses a familiar, text-based interface, people can pick up a Mathcad document and immediately understand the calculations. It is easy to do basic calculations, using only the training that is provided within the programme, but most people find they make better use of the features of the programme if they have been led by a trainer into using techniques that they would not have come across in their word processing or spreadsheeting. Efficient use of Mathcad requires you to set up your problems differently from either spreadsheets or programming - although it is different, most people quickly find it to be more natural than other techniques. What’s more, you can learn to easily set up the documents to be used in collaboration with others. It only takes a day to learn how to use Mathcad properly! We are sure it will be a good investment for you. For more about Mathcad, click here. |
